  When it comes to plus size ladies, or for people with a lower budget, this place is beyond terrible. We called ahead to ask about bigger sizes, and they told us specifically that they had several in my size. Upon arrival, the lady told me I was almost too late to get a dress at all, despite going six months before my wedding date. When I told her my size, she said she would not have very many in my size. Then, she brought the one dress in the whole store that was in my size, and a couple others that were 5 sizes lower. She also informed us that none of the dresses she brought were within our price range. When we looked at the tags, they were all $500 over our budget! I believe they are discriminatory against bigger ladies, because many of the other brides brought brothers and friends back, but she made my male guest wait up front. When we finally decided to give up on this store, they were completely unapologetic and behaved as if they were happy we were leaving. Please do not waste your time with this prejudiced store.

  If there was a negative number that I could give for how disappointed I am with this bridal shop, I would give it. They do not even deserve one star. I bought my dress last July, they said it would be in around Christmas. When I called at the beginning of January, no one knew where my dress was. Although no one actually admitted it I believe they simply forgot to order it. Once my dress got here towards the end of February I set up an alterations appointment with Linda who works in their shop. She is a sweet old lady but apparently has zero concept of how to do her job. I have made 4 trips (12 hours of just drive time) to Brookhaven from Brandon trying to get my dress fitted and finished. Here it is one month before my wedding, 9 months after I started this hellacious process with these people, and my dress still isn't finished. I'm having to take it elsewhere to finish the alterations because it is apparent they cannot handle it. What was supposed to be a magical experience that every little girl dreams of, has turned into one of the biggest nightmares of my life. I hope that this review will spare at least one person the headache of using this shop. I don't understand how people can conduct business this way.
