  Bad service we have nine vehicles that we have gotten audio systems put in for each one we have paid over $400 for each and I have a radio I just recently got that I paid 800 and something dollars getting it installed in my Escalade I have sent the radio back because of some troubles but they said it wasn't nothing wrong with the radio so they sent it off to JVC without even contacting me and letting me know and now they said I have to pay shipping and handling without confirming with the customer what do he want to do with the radio & now it have been gone for a month and two weeks they told me 3 weeks and everytime I call it always hold on he's not here call back at this time but when I call back at that time then he's no longer there no more the day so now i called back tomorrow when I called 3 times a day because it's always call back later then when I call back later it's called back later again & I hear we will return your call but have no one yet returned any of my calls & when it's closing time they close and never call I have gotten referred to them by my dad because he also have a couple of vehicles that he always takes there but now we will no longer refer anyone to this place because of bad service never returning any of their customers called especially the customers that's always spending hundreds of dollars I'm very disappointed now
